Always hold the door open for a lady.
Always pull out their chair, and push it in for them.
Compliment (not drool over) a lady on her looks
Always take your time to know them. Get to know their mind, heart and soul, before you learn their body!
Take them out on a date (even if it is just a lady friend who is having a bad week)
Call them just to say hello, to check on them and see how they are doing!
When a lady friend is cold offer your jacket too her
Take any chance you can get to make a lady feel special. Some times a hello is all a lady might need. She may be thinking that no one notices her and then you hold the door open and say good morning, and now that lady feels better about her self...see it is the little things!

If its a g/f then here are some more personal ones

Make her feel like she is the only person in the world that matters!
When she is cold give her YOUR jacket
leave her cute notes
kiss her in front of your friends.
tell her she looks beautiful (everyday)
look into her eyes when you talk to her.
let her mess with your hair.
touch her hair.
just walk around with her, go down town and look at the buildings, go window shopping, just go.
FORGIVE her for her MISTAKES.
look at her like she's the only girl you see (Because she is the only one you see)
tickle her even when she says stop (of course unless she hates it)
hold her hand when you're around your friends.
when she starts swearing at you, listen to her, don't get defensive, say you are sorry and mean it
* When you get her mad apologize and do what you can to make it right, and do your best to not make the same mistake
let her fall asleep in your arms.
stay on the phone with her even if shes not saying anything.
tease her and let her tease you back.
stay up all night with her when she's sick.
Stay up with her all night and just chat
watch her favorite movie with her.
give her the world, because she is your world
let her wear your clothes.
when she's sad, hang out with her, hold her, listen to her, let her know it is ok to cry in your arms
let her know she's important, every day, even the small things she does for you adds up!
kiss her in the pouring rain, dance with her in the rain, play in the rain
Watch a lightening storm with her
when you fall in love with her, tell her, and when you tell her, make sure it is because you love her like you've never loved someone before.
